Our Founder has worked across multiple alternative dispute resolution services, covering energy, communications and financial services and brings a wealth of knowledge in resolving complex disputes and consumer protection, relevant legislation, interpretation and regulatory insight.
We want consumers to feel in control and satisfied they are being treated fairly and billed correctly, and what better way to do that than have someone working for you directly, to get you the best outcome at every opportunity.
