Step 2 – Check your email
We send you our Authority Letter which we need you to complete and return so that we can deal with your supplier.
Step 3 – Sit back while we review things
We check your metering information, and review your historic billing. We take the time to see if your supplier is responsible for any failings that mean we can get you compensation, based on regulations set by ofgem.
Step 4 – We’ll let you know what we’ve found
We update you and deal with your supplier to put things right. This includes making sure any payments your entitled to are received into your energy account, or refunded to you if you’re in credit.
Step 5 – Comparison
We deal with the confusion that is comparing the market, to save you money – We’ll let you know our findings and even handle the switch for you, only if you decide you want to.
Step 6 – Ongoing review and management
